Chaucer Estates Swimming Pool
The pool is open for the summer from 7am to 10pm each day.
As homeowners we are responsible for the behavior and actions of anyone in the pool and in the pool area. This is a great responsibility for all of us. We need to be aware of what our children and guests are doing in the pool area. Please remember, there are other people using the pool and we need to work together to keep it in good working order.
The swimming pool entrance welcomes you to the beautiful Chaucer Estates swimming pool facility. You will need an access card to enter the pool area.
The swimming pool is normally open from late spring until the end of fall. The pool is constantly maintained by a professional pool maintenance company.
The pool area has a gazebo, a kitchen available for family parties, and ladies and gentlemen bathrooms.
An emergency phone is located both on the inside and outside of the entrance gate.
You will use your access card for entrance to the pool area by touching the card to the access card reader at the gate entrance. The gate will unlock if access is granted.
Tables and chairs are available under the shaded wooden awning area. Please put your trash in the trash cans located in each of the bathrooms.
A large number of lounge chairs are available for sunbathing. Bring your own towels and accessories.
Use the gazebo to get out of the sun or have some lunch.
Pool Rules
- NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY – swim at your own risk.
- No one under 12 permitted without an adult.
- Safety equipment including rope, ring and pole are for emergencies only. Do not play with them or remove them from their hooks on the fence.
- No homeowner is to lend his/her access key card to a non-resident.
- No running or horseplay around the pool area.
- No diving into any part of the pool due to shallow depth.
- No pets allowed in the pool area.
- Please clean up your trash before leaving.
- Please remove all pool toys, recreational equipment and any personal belongings from the pool area when leaving.
- Only proper swim attire worn in the pool.
- NO GLASS CONTAINERS around the pool area.
- No bikes, scooters, skateboards or Rollerblades allowed passed the pool gates into the pool area.
- Kitchen is available during private or community pool parties only.
